Business automation & integrations

Let your systems do more of the repetitive work.

Copying information from one place to another shouldn’t define your working day. We help connect tools, simplify handovers and build more dependable workflows.

Make the everyday work flow.

Automation starts with understanding the manual process, including the exceptions. We identify what can be connected safely, where a person still needs to decide and how failures will be surfaced.

Keep information in sync

Connect supported APIs to move agreed information between your business tools, with a clear source of truth.

Reduce duplicate entry

Capture information once and reuse it where appropriate, with validation rather than silent copying.

Automate administration

Turn repeatable steps into defined workflows, with human approval for decisions that need it.

Generate useful reports

Bring together relevant data and produce consistent reports without rebuilding the same spreadsheet each time.

Handle the exceptions

Account for missing records, failed requests and changed data. Useful error reporting is part of the design.

Keep ownership clear

Document the integration, its dependencies and who maintains it when a connected service changes.

From requirements to release

Clear scope.
Useful deliverables.

We discover the requirements, define the scope, build collaboratively and test against agreed acceptance criteria before handover.

  • A map of the existing process and its exceptions
  • An assessment of API and data access
  • Defined rules, approval steps and failure handling
  • Tested integrations and operating documentation
  • A maintenance and monitoring plan
A considered investment

What shapes the price?

The quality of the available APIs, data consistency, workflow rules and monitoring requirements affect cost. Third-party subscriptions and API charges are identified separately. We do not promise guaranteed time or cost savings.

Illustrative example, not a completed client project: an accepted quote could create a project record in a work-management tool and prepare an invoice draft for approval. The design would need to handle duplicate events, API failures and changes to the quote.

A few useful answers

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still curious? Let’s talk.

Can any two systems be connected?

Not always. We first check supported APIs, export options, permissions, service terms and subscription requirements. Some integrations are impractical or too fragile to recommend.

Will automation replace human checks?

Only where the agreed rules make that appropriate. Approval steps can remain part of the workflow, especially for financial, sensitive or irreversible actions.

What happens if a connected service changes?

Integrations require maintenance. We document dependencies and agree how errors, API changes and ongoing support will be handled.
