Website design & development

A website that feels like you. And works for your customers.

Your website should explain what you do, make a good first impression and help the right people take the next step. We bring the design, content structure and technical foundations together.

More than a fresh coat of paint.

A beautiful website is only useful if people can find their way around it. We start with your customers, their questions and the actions that matter to your business. Then we choose a sensible way to build it.

Mobile-first, by design

Layouts, navigation and forms planned for real screens and touch interactions, not just a polished desktop mock-up.

Fast, accessible foundations

Lean pages, appropriately sized images, semantic HTML, visible focus states and readable typography. Accessibility is considered throughout, not bolted on at the end.

Search-ready structure

Descriptive page titles, crawlable content, sensible URLs, metadata and a sitemap. A sound foundation, not a promise of rankings.

Content you can manage

A CMS when it genuinely helps your team. We discuss who will update the site and how often before recommending editing tools.

Useful connections

Contact forms, booking tools, e-commerce or integrations scoped around your actual needs and the services you already use.

Redevelopment with care

An existing-site review, content and URL mapping, and a launch plan that accounts for what needs to be preserved.

From requirements to release

Clear scope.
Useful deliverables.

We discover the requirements, define the scope, build collaboratively and test against agreed acceptance criteria before handover.

  • Agreed page structure and responsive design
  • Content integration and reusable layouts
  • Technical SEO and performance checks
  • Enquiry functionality and agreed integrations
  • Testing, deployment guidance and handover
A considered investment

What shapes the price?

The number of layouts, content preparation, CMS requirements, integrations and migration complexity all affect cost. We agree the scope and responsibilities before development. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are made explicit.

A service business might need clear service pages and an enquiry journey, rather than a complex content platform. An established retailer might need product management and integration with an existing checkout. The right solution depends on the work it needs to do.

A few useful answers

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still curious? Let’s talk.

Will I be able to update the website?

Where editing is part of the brief, we choose an appropriate CMS and include a handover. For a site that changes rarely, a lean static site with developer-supported updates may be simpler.

Can you keep my existing content and search traffic?

We review the existing content, URLs and available search data, then plan migration and redirects. Rankings cannot be guaranteed, but a careful migration avoids unnecessary disruption.

Does the website include SEO?

Technical foundations are part of the build. Ongoing content, search strategy and monitoring are separate activities and should be scoped as such.
