The requirement
Hailsham Pavilion needed a redesigned website and an online booking system for its cinema, theatre and live events. The system needed to serve both visitors choosing tickets and staff managing the programme.
The approach
Films, live events and event cinema were brought into a single browsable programme, with genre filters guiding visitors towards relevant listings. The booking journey supported seat selection, ticket types and coupon codes, while staff tools handled content updates and booking administration.
